    Otherwise, the ways to go will be the following:
    - Purchase the spare part and send the defective material (to have it analyzed); if actually defective, it will be replaced under warranty; if it works it will be returned; if tampered with, it will be returned with an explanation of the reason for the non-functioning.
    - Or, send the defective material, which will be analyzed by us and as above, if defective, it will be replaced under warranty; if it works it will be returned; if tampered with, it will be returned with an explanation of the reason for the non-functioning
